It is aimed to support the activities of Technology Transfer Offices for university-industry cooperation.

What is the purpose of the program?
Technology Transfer Offices, The information and technology produced in universities are transformed into practice and commercialized, and as a result of this process, economic, social and cultural value is gained, cooperation between universities and private sector organizations is established, the information and technology needed by the industry is produced at the university, and information and technology transfer between the university and the industry as a result of these collaborations. and contributes to the development of concrete outputs.

Support Type: Non-Refundable Grant
Support Upper Limit and Rate: TUBITAK
Her çağrıda farklı destek üst limiti belirlenmektedir. Program kapsamında TTO’lar, 10 yıl süre ile ve yıllık bütçe planlamalarına göre ön ödemeli ve hibe şeklinde desteklenecektir. Destek oranı ilk 5 yıl %80, ikinci 5 yıl %60’tır. Destek miktarı yıllık üst sınırı 2012 yılı için 1 milyon TL’dir.

When can I apply for the program?
TUBITAK 1513 Technology Transfer Offices Support Program application time is limited to the periods specified in the call announcements.

Who can apply to the program?
Among the organizations that can apply to the program are universities, companies with which universities are partners, technopark management companies, companies in which the technopark management company is a partner. Each Call announcement will indicate which of these organizations can apply.

Expense items to be supported; personnel expenses, transportation, subsistence and accommodation expenses, equipment, software, publication purchase expenses, service procurement (including domestic and international consultancy and training), meeting, promotion and organization expenses, sworn financial consultancy fees and general expenses.

TUBITAK Which expenses will be supported in the 1513 Technology Transfer Offices Support Program?
The following expenses are accepted in the program:
a) Personnel expenses.
b) Travel expenses of project personnel and consultants, if any.
c) Purchase of tools, equipment, software and publications;
d) Domestic and international consultancy services and other service procurement expenses.
e) Meeting, promotion and organization expenses
f) Certified public accountant expenses and general expenses
