The 24th TextileAsia Karachi Pakistan Fair was held on March 10-12, 2023 in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. With the organization organized by Merkür Fair Organization, Turkey participated in the fair with 8 KOMİD member companies participating in the fair.

At the opening ceremony, Turkish Consul General to Karachi Cemal Sangu, TR Commercial Attaché Eyyüp Yıldırım, President of Pakistan Ready-made Clothing Manufacturers Association Shaikh Shafiq Jhok wala, President of Pakistan Chemical Importers Association Sheikh Mohammad Nadeem, President of Karachi Development Agency, China Commercial Attaché, Indonesia, Iran, Belarus and Oman Ambassadors were present.

Epa Akın Machinery, DMS Machinery, LGM Group, MCN Machinery, Malkan Machinery, Mesel Machinery, Yazıcı Machinery and Tems Machinery, which are members of KOMİD, exhibiting their products in the fair area. Sewing machine vending machines, ironing machines, fabric press machines and garment folding machines etc. they brought from Turkey. These products of our companies, which exhibited their products in the fair area, were met with great interest by the visitors.

There was intense participation in the fairground from Pakistan and surrounding countries, which realizes the majority of the world's supply of textile manufacturing and raw materials, and this situation was also reflected in the figures. 221 foreign and 270 Pakistani companies participated in the fair and approximately 35,000 people from all over the world visited the fair area for 3 days. In addition to Turkey, China, Italy, Germany, Malaysia and UAE also participated in the fair.

All the important visitors of the fair first visited the Turkish companies that opened stands in Hall 1 and got information about the machines working in the stand areas. While 7 of our members exhibited their machines in the fair area, the products of all our companies were exposed to the intense interest of the visitors. Our companies, which finished the fair quite successfully, left the fairground very satisfied due to the interest shown to their products and companies.
