KOMID Members Took Their Place on the Global Textile Technologies Stage at Texprocess 2026 Fair in Frankfurt

The Techtextil and Texprocess 2026 trade fairs, held simultaneously in Frankfurt, demonstrated how innovations in the textile and apparel sector are rapidly being translated into industrial applications.
The fairs, which hosted over 36,000 visitors and 1,700 exhibitors from 112 countries, created a strong international platform for new collaborations and investments. Natural fibers, performance textiles, connected manufacturing systems, and AI-powered production technologies emerged as new growth areas for the sector.
Turkey's participation was also among the highlights of the fair. EPA, LGM, Malkan, Özbilim, and Serkon, all members of the KOMID Association from Türkiye, had the opportunity to showcase their products and technologies to international visitors in the Texprocess section of the fair.
At Texprocess, the main trend shaping the future of manufacturing has been connected manufacturing systems that integrate design, planning, and production. AI-powered product development, automated cutting, and smart sewing technologies have become central to this flexible and demand-driven production model.
