The fair, organized by Turkey representative Lead Exhibitions, was successfully held at the Cairo International Congress Center on 18-21 January, with the participation of 20 companies that are members of KOMİD (Garment Automation Machinery Manufacturers Association).

EGY STITCH&TEX, the leading fair in the MENA region for Textile and Apparel Machinery, has been guiding the development of the sector and highlighting industrial innovations for 16 years.

This year, the fair, which announced its concept under 5 main headings as Textile Machinery, Garment Machinery, Printing Technologies, Fabric and Thread, was held in 6 halls with the participation of more than 500 international brands. KOMİD member companies AVTECH, DMS, EFATECH, EPA, FAYMAK, ILGAR, LGM, MALKAN, MCN, MESEL, OZON DENİM, ROBOTECH, TEMS, ULUSSAN, ÜN-TAŞ, YAZICI and YENİCİ attended the fair with their stands; EXTREM, ÖZBİLİM, ÖZER and TİMTAŞ companies participated with their dealerships. Turkish Garment Automation Machinery manufacturing companies that took stands at the fair stated that they were pleased with the intense interest they received.

The latest technologies of the brands attracted great interest

On the evening of the second day of the fair, a meal was served to KOMID member participating companies by the fair organizer company, accompanied by the beautiful ambiance of the Nile River. Cairo Turkish Trade Counselor Hakan Atay, who came to visit the fair, visited the Turkish participants one by one and had contacts with KOMİD President Haluk Akın.

KOMID members also took part in the fair, which attracted great interest from foreign investors, and many companies had the opportunity to exhibit their products through their dealers. The latest technologies, innovations and innovations of the brands were showcased at the fair and attracted great interest from the visitors.

The fair, which hosted purchasing delegations from Egypt and North African countries, as well as from East, West and South Africa, brought together Turkish and international manufacturers with its high business volume and offered new networking opportunities.
